Public Bio: Gaining the nickname Ma'am in training due to their haughty air and constant talk of ‘legacy’, Marushi was never the most approachable. This is even more true now, with the walls of her new abode bristling with firepower and hostility. The city within never stops – quite literally, its engines always purring as it trundles across the planet’s surface. It is full of life – including another Mind, Phenari. Both joining the Contingency program fresh out of university, together they oversee this un-settlement, directing it to help deal with crises as and when is required.
