Public Bio: Garpheron was a seasoned politician from Hetherovon who survived the Sundering Quake, and cares deeply about preventing future disasters - something he joined the Contingency for a chance to continue working on after his mortal life ended. His physical form is a so-called 'omni-factory', resourceful enough to produce whatever might be needed regardless of its environmental conditions. He hopes he will be able to utilise this in whatever way best protects future generations from disasters.
