The deal allows for the construction of a so-called Thysson Sphere around the sun Ssala, to harvest 100% of it's emitted energy and split it between the two worlds. This project is the first of its kind, and Yerssa claims that the energy will sustain both civilisations through the shortages caused by the collapse of interstellar travel.
