A naval admiral, tribunal judge, politician, and finally, one of the founding few of the Contingency. Although the Contingency is a fundamentally horizontal organisation, it would be difficult to find someone amongst its ranks more politically prominent or socially powerful than Casimir Ruchana – callsign Big Sister. A nestborn Nassigussan, her tan hide, muted attire, and small frame hide her amongst a crowd; but it is rare that someone will talk to her and find themselves easily able to forget the shape of her personality… or the hue of her eyes.
